We are gearing up for our bike safety.

This exercise helped us to realise that it is easier taking off from a standing position....therefore if we stand while riding...more power.

After we had learnt the skills, we did games to practise them. We had to quickly get on our bikes (mount) and carefully brake to slow down. We had to quickly get off (dismount) and safely lay our bike correctly.
